Hello, table tennis lovers! We have good news for you.

As our front page shows, we have an upcoming event in October: Turnamen Invitasi Internasional Rektor UGM Cup IV Tenis Meja 2019. This is the fourth table tennis tournament that we hold. In the first two Rektor UGM Cup, we had categories for non-student athletes (senior) and university athletes. Since the third Rektor UGM Cup, we started to focus the categories to university athletes.

This year, besides the categories for university athletes, in which the details are available in the menu Events>Upcoming Events, we are happy to announce that we are going to officially open JUNIOR category very soon. The JUNIOR category consists of Male Single and Female Single. The registration fee of this category is IDR50.000,00. The first winner will receive IDR1.000.000,00 and a trophy, the second winner will receive IDR600.000,00 and a trophy, and third winners will receive IDR300.000,00. read more

Gelanggang Expo

Pada tanggal 15-17 Agustus 2019, Universitas Gadjah Mada menyelenggarakan Gelanggang Expo, yang biasa disingkat menjadi Gelex, di Gelanggang Mahasiswa. Acara ini merupakan expo yang diisi oleh unit-unit kegiatan mahasiswa yang ada di tingkat universitas. Gelanggang Expo bertujuan untuk memudahkan mahasiswa baru atau mahasiswa lama yang ingin mendapat informasi lebih lanjut tentang unit kegiatan yang ingin mereka ketahui atau mendaftar di unit kegiatan yang ingin mereka ikuti.

Seperti Gelex di tahun-tahun sebelumnya, Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa Tenis Meja Universitas Gadjah Mada berpartisipasi dalam memeriahkan Gelanggang Expo. Tenis Meja UGM membuka booth pendaftaran untuk para mahasiswa yang ingin mendaftar. Tenis Meja UGM juga memberi kesempatan para mahasiswa yang penasaran untuk mencoba memukul bola yang dilontarkan mesin. read more

The 14th UiTM International Sports Fiesta

Pada tanggal 31 Juli sampai 4 Agustus 2019 lalu, kontingen Tenis Meja Universitas Gadjah Mada berpartisipasi dalam turnamen The 14th UiTM International Sports Fiesta (UISF) di Malaysia. Kontingen yang dilatih oleh mas Wahyu Edifikar ini berisikan Satria, Ilham, Irvan, Lintang, Yofa, Tafricha, Nova, Angie, Emma, dan Devi.

Di turnamen tersebut, Tenis Meja Universitas Gadjah Mada berhasil menyabet enam medali, dengan keterangan sebagai berikut:

If you had read about Turnamen Invitasi Internasional Rektor UGM Cup IV Tenis Meja 2019, our upcoming table tennis tournament, you might have known a little bit about the categories. It consists of Men Single, Men Double, Women Single, Women Double, and Mixed Double.

    Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa Tenis Meja Universitas Gadjah Mada (UKM Tenis Meja UGM) is the table tennis club in Universitas Gadjah Mada. UKM Tenis Meja UGM tries to accommodate the students’ interests in table tennis. Besides, UKM Tenis Meja UGM accommodates all activities related to table tennis in the university.

    This club was founded by R. Gagak Doni Satria and Irwan Susanto on July 4th, 2000, and was inaugurated by the Vice Rector III. Although the club was founded in 2000, achievements in table tennis in Universitas Gadjah Mada had begun in 1997. read more
